It takes motivation to workout, and if you want to eat healthier, you have to find the motivation for that too. If the desire is not there than a person will not reach the goals they have set for themselves.
It takes a lot more than just saying you don’t like the way that you look to create a lifestyle that will alter it. It is not about how to lose weight fast, it is about the commitment to eat right and exercise daily is the only real way to each your goals. If you do not make a commitment to a healthy lifestyle, then the parts of the body that you don’t like will either stay the same or get even bigger.
