Commenting on the Collection, Group Managing Director John Slater says: “With first-time buyers now largely professionals, couples and young families, we are creating traditionally styled one- and two-bedroom houses within a first-time buyer price bracket, ensuring mortgages are obtainable. The Plan enables buyers to purchase a new home with a mortgage for as little as 75% of its value, and a deposit of between five and ten per cent, significantly reducing monthly repayments.
