As many of you know, we are partners with Xero, but I would like to share with you why we use them.
Xero has a fresh perspective on the rather dreary subject of small business accounting. It presents a fresh and intuitive interface and breaks down a number of essential elements into easy-to-understand modules. Xero is basically a “software as a service” operation or a web-based application. The promoters go to great pains to point out that your information is secure.
Xero has a number of different modules including accounting, expenses, receivables, payments and content management. Their contemporary design brings together all these modules so they work intuitively, and there is also a well-documented help area available, together with a number of video tutorials to help you get started.
As the product is web-based, you can log in and operate from anywhere in the world, and not be worried about the traditional desktop applications of old. Contracts are a breeze with Echosign
